In this meeting, the VITA Director and Site Coordinators will discuss site procedures, responsibilities, and any key changes to tax law. Site boxes and resources will be distributed.

- Volunteer (and Site) Supervision
- Contacting
- Scheduling and volunteer check-in/out
- Tracking (people and equipment)
- Work Flow process (greeter/intake, preparation, Review, e-file)
- Monitor Volunteer Tax Alerts (VTAs) and Quality Site Requirement Alerts (QSRA)
- E-file returns within 24 hours
- New The Cooperative Ministry Consent Form
