Description

This training is for Benedict College Students, and for anyone who missed other training classes.   

All student volunteers who prepare returns are required to certify at either the Basic or Advanced level. 

Prior to attending this training session, you should have completed the Volunteer Standards of Conduct (VSOC) and Intake, Interview, & Quality Review (IIQR) Certifications in Link and Learn

Please bring your own laptop, if you have one.

The Basic course covers income from wages, interest and dividends, and certain tax credits for individuals and couples. Basic includes the following content:
