This is the first of three training sessions to get you on the road towards certifying as a VITA volunteer.

- A comfortable chair

Please review our new Volunteer Manual before training. It will answer many of your questions on procedures and system log-ins.
All Zoom training sessions will be recorded for you so that you can "rewind" topics.
