Prepare and review tax returns at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
This opportunity is primarily for Law Students, Law Professors, and practicing attorneys.
Taxpayers that come for service will undergo an intake interview in a designated area, provide their tax documents, and return at a later time to pick-up their completed tax return.
As a volunteer, you will remain in separate workspaces to perform your volunteer shift.
All COVID-19 safety protocols established by the Law School will be adhered to.
- Social distancing maintained at all times.
- Masks required. In accordance with CDC guidance, face shields are not a substitute for masks. (Masks and face shields available, if a volunteer forgets to bring or upon volunteer request)
- Hand sanitizing stations placed throughout workspaces.
- Disinfecting wipes/solution available to wipe down work surfaces.
